Okay, so here’s the deal…
Mama has been on my butt to start walking and exercising to keep healthy and have an easier labor but I keep saying if you felt like you were going to vomit at any given moment you wouldn’t want to exercise either. lol
In the meantime, Mama has been eating healthy and losing weight! Way to go Mama! She’s ready to take the next step and start incorporating more exercise into her daily routine.
So I said, “Let’s make a deal! If you walk, I’ll walk,” and the challenge began.
So today after I ate my lunch I still had a ½ hour left so I decided to get off my booty and go for a walk. Little did I know I was going to get my butt kicked? I was Huffin & Puffin and barely made it half way around the block.
It’s amazing at how difficult or tired you get from even the littlest things when you are prego.
My goal is to start with ½ the block a few times a week and build my self back up. I used to do 2 laps around the dang thing!
